乐成四合院幼儿园2020-2021学年的入园申请已经正式开始，欢迎与我们分享共同教育理念的家庭加入乐成幼儿园社区。我们期待与一岁半到六岁的孩子们一起迈入新学年，并将根据每个孩子的年龄和发展状况，将其安排到适当的混龄学习组。四合院幼儿园拥有三个混龄学习组，它们分别是：

蒙学园（1.5-3岁）：通过以孩子为中心的课程培养并支持他们在学习环境和更广阔的世界里发展独立性。

幼学园（3-5岁）：延续探索式“玩”中学的学习法，以孩子为中心，在双语浸润的教学环境中支持每个孩子在不同学习领域的发展。

The YueCheng Courtyard kindergarten has received a lot of attention since its opening last September. Through constant communication with parents, we have been able to answer the following most common questions to help you further understand the beautiful and magical learning spaces.

What is the relationship 

between YCCK and BCIS？

Both YueCheng Courtyard Kindergarten and Beijing City International School are managed independently by their own professional leadership teams and share the same educational philosophy and values with other YCE institutions, all of which are governed by the same Board of Trustees and supervised by the superintendent.

of YCCK's curriculum?

YCCK crystallized YCE's pioneering and innovative experiences in providing international education for more than a decade. Chinese and foreign educational experts have collaborated to create a curriculum and pedagogy that enables young children to learn through investigative play. At the heart of the curriculum lie the following key characteristics:

· Children are placed in multi-aged groupings within open and connected learning spaces. This empowers children to explore with others and increase in confidence, while learning how to relate to others in a harmonious manner.

· Highly personalized attention responds to each child's interests and needs as they prepare for first grade in their next school.

YueCheng Courtyard Kindergarten？

YueCheng Education (YCE) commissioned the Council of International Schools (CIS) to conduct world-wide searches for outstanding candidates. All teaching positions not only require outstanding professional competence but also relevant working experience. Staff are well qualified with more than 60% of teachers having a master's degree or higher. More than 70% of staff have overseas teaching experiences, and most of them have more than 5 years of teaching experience. Highly qualified expatriate and Chinese teachers collaborate in teams to plan the teaching and learning program that is best on International and National best practice.

How does YueCheng Courtyard 

Kindergarten group children?

YueCheng Courtyard Kindergarten (YCCK) is now accepting applications for the 2020-2021 School Year. We welcome families who understand and support the YCCK mission, learning impacts and learning principles to apply for admission. We welcome children over 1.5 years old and less than 6 years old (as of August 31, 2020) to join YCCK for the new school year. It is our intention to place every child in the group level that is age- and developmentally-appropriate. There are three Mixed Age Groups in YCCK as follows:

Explorers (18 months to 3 years): Our program and curriculum are child-centered, focused on nurturing and supporting children to find new independence in their learning space and the wider world beyond.

Discoverers (3 to 5 years): Teachers continually observe each child, building on their questions and wonderings, to fully support their further exploration of ideas and interests, and to enhance identified areas of growth.

Inquirers (5 & 6 years): Exposure to literacy and numeracy concepts and skills sets a strong foundation for future educational exploration. Our Inquirers program prepares our learners for the full-time requirements of Primary School and meets all the prerequisites of school readiness.

Do children have enough time 

to exercise at YCCK ?

Yes. One of our Impacts, How to Live is fundamentally based on the importance of physical and mental health and wellbeing. In order to help children develop their fine and gross motor skills, teachers make sure that children will have enough time to exercise. Under the guidance of teachers,children make full use of the diverse venues for physical exercise- the impressive rooftop playground, the courtyard playgrounds and the indoor gymnasium.

Is the school bus service available?

The School Bus service is contracted to a professional outsourced bus company. School bus routes will be planned according to home addresses. Bus fees will be paid directly to the bus company, which is responsible for providing a Fapiao (if applicable). The school bus fee varies according to the distance to the kindergarten.

Does the kindergarten 

provide a food service?

Yes. Meal portions are carefully developed to meet the nutritional needs of growing children and is prepared in kitchens of the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness, using the best ingredients possible. Lunchtime is a shared family style dining experience, where children are seated together with adults from our community.
